A 35 year old male develops involvements of PIP, DIP and MCP joints with sparing of wrist and carpometacarpal joints. The probable diagnosis is:

  1. Psoriatic arthropathy.
  2. Osteoarthritis.
  3. Rheumatoid arthritis.
  4. Pseudo gout.

    It involves PIP,DIP & MCP, may also involve wrist.

    In OA, both DIP & PIP involved, but spares MCP & wrist, except at base of thumb.
